Turn roaming on.

When does my plan start?
The first time your phone connects to a network in your destination. Installing at home doesn’t use any of it.
Can I keep my own number?
Yes. If your phone takes two SIMs, keep your home SIM on for calls and texts, turn its roaming off, and use Pocket Roam for data.
Can I use one eSIM for a few countries?
Yes. Regional eSIMs like Europe & UK cover a whole trip on one plan. For many destinations you can also add bundles to the same eSIM, and each one waits until you arrive. The portal will tell you if a destination needs a new eSIM.
What happens when my data runs out?
Your data stops, with no surprise charges. Buy another bundle and add it to the same eSIM at data.pocketroam.com. No need to set it up again.
My QR code won’t scan. Help?
